What it is
The AI service advisor reads the vehicle and the complaint, recommends the work and writes it onto the repair order. Also declined-work tracking, VIN lookup, line items, and customer, vehicle and fleet screens.
Where it stands
Builds after small fixes. Repair orders, VIN lookup and the AI advisor work. Not yet: shop signup, and the estimate, complete and invoice buttons. No shops using it.
